		<description>I suspect the FTD was a bunch of mut. funds et al re-positioning into the better performers ahead of disclosing their holdings for shareholders.  This is your classic window dressing game.

Any recent strength has been the dumb money retail crowd bidding things back to the MAs w/o the elephants participating.

The recent lack of vol shows the institutions are not selling much, and they&#039;re buying even less.  I suppose they&#039;re all well positioned now and just waiting for EOQ before they make their move (probably a sell-off IMHO.)

Kind of resembles the last week of Dec 2007, just before the fireworks of Jan. 2008, doesn&#039;t it?

April 1 and the Fri jobs report should be fun to watch.</description>
