Something else that proves to me that this market is very weak is that the new highs continue to get crushed by new lows. There were 63 new 52-week highs to 367 new lows. This despite a market that is in a &quot;confirmed rally.&quot;

There were also 4-to-1 decliners to advancers on the NYSE, which shows that despite the market not being extremely weak, the action underneath is very weak. 

Also one other sentiment survey I saw this week shows you that there are a lot of bulls not only in the investors intelligence survey but also in the Ticker Sense Blogger poll where 52% are bulls compared to 24% who are bearish. So there is yet more proof that more people are bullish than bearish in most investment circles.
